  • What is a good place that is close to San Francisco?

    A place that is close enough that I could get to work and back home in a timely fashion.

    A place that has good schools, public or private.

    A place that isn't the city, but close enough.

  • You may want to see around Daly City or San Mateo, all the areas down there near SFO. These cities are close to the city and also you have access to BART. I can't give opinion about school because honestly, I don't know who schools are on those cities.

    Also, you can see some areas in Berkeley but the bad thing is that you will have to being paying the toll fee of Bay Bridge to enter to SF.

    I think you can stay outside SF because of the high prices on rent. But there are some districts a bit cheaper than other. Sometimes, there's good deal on Sunset district which is a safe area and you are near downtown.
