  • According to this, you cannot be legally tattooed under the age of 18 in Wisconsin, even with parental consent:

    No one will risk their license to tattoo a minor, and anyone who will tattoo a minor is probably not legally licensed. I would wait until you are 18.


  • if you can find a place it would be a really bad idea to get it done there if they will ink a minor with out a parent they probably don't sterilize there needles well or at least aren't very clean you don't want to get hepatitis for a tattoo


  • not gonna happen. you'll just have to wait till you're of age or get a parent to approve it.

    I doubt it.


  • Not gonna happen in Wisconsin. You can get it done in Florida, though.
