XBMC not showing up in App

  • im using avalaunch. i recently deleted my old xbmc and i dl'd from the source on your main website. i flash xp'd the files to my xbox. e://apps. its not showing up in applications. also does the file need to be seperated because when i unrar it had xbmc_src-v1.1.0 as a folder and two files inside, xbmc and mpplayer. should these be put in apps seperatly? i have them seperate in my apps folder, and it doesn't show.

  • ok i have got the full version of xbmc from an other sorce. inside the folder i have tools_ , xbmc, and a bunch of readme files. what should i ftp over?


  • read the freaking manual. see my signature. i don't spoonfeed.


  • i read the manual and followed every step in there, and mine isn't showing up in apps, either.

    also, my xbmc folder does not have a default.xbe file in it, which is probably why evox isn't showing it under apps. is this installer supposed to have this file or what?

    the screenshot in the manual showed it having a default.xbe


  • doncha love it how people on the internet don't seem to read? it's really confusing to me, cuz if you're not reading then what the hell are you doing surfing the web?
